I am a local Agent and Investor who has a passion for Multi-Units and Real Estate in general. I have bought and sold as well as used the BRRRR method to success in growing my portfolio to over 10 doors with plans for much more. Having first hand knowledge to rentals and tenants is key in making the right decisions. I believe that choosing the correct tenant in the beginning makes almost everything else easier. Before becoming an agent I was a store manager in sales for a successful mattress corporation. Learning sales in that atmosphere taught me many skills that I continue to use today. When I’m not buying and selling real estate, I’m usually attending a Denver sporting event or spending time with family. We have a tight circle and stick close to each other. My team and I hope to grow our portfolios to include 100+ unit apartment complexes across the country.
