Lark Property Management is a small company consisting of 2 hands on owners. We live in Castle Rock Colorado with our families but work all over the Denver Front Range. We pride ourselves on providing a great tenant experience along with protecting our clients real estate investments . We have over 20 years of combined experience with Colorado Real Estate and have enjoyed growing the property management side of our business within the last two years.

Being investors ourselves we understand how important it is to find great people to not only take care of your property but to place quality respectful tenants.

We love the outdoors and all things Colorado, including hiking, camping, skiing and taking advantage of all of the great restaurants and museums that denver as to offer.
