I am an owner and have management for leasing . I have only this rental currently ; looking to possibly add more rentals but unsure at this time. I love travel, and love to read and research many topics. I also love dogs and love all animals. I am a teacher, therapist and entrepreneur with 2 businesses. I love people and have a very strong work ethic. I want to provide properties that my tenants can enjoy but also provide a homey feeling as well. I want to be a good landlord but do want to have the same principles shared by current tenants . I also believe in keeping up the property so that the tenants are not stressed and I do feel I take good care of my tenants. I provide a home that I myself would live in as well. I want to be current in the market but I also want to remain affordable also in order that I might invite the type of tenants that I am looking for that in my tenants.
