Grew up as a tenant in the city of Newark. Obtained my real estate license a little over 6 years ago and devoted my time to assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with all their real estate needs. For me, it's important to provide white glove service to all my clients as it helps me sleep at night knowing my clients are more than satisfied with my service. I own/manage multiple doors & growing up as a tenant for many years, I'm aware of what may be their needs as tenants as well as how to properly communicate with them. I'm also very detail oriented & with my construction knowledge of real estate I know the importance of looking for preventive maintenance in properties. Like many other aspects in life, strong communication & boundaries is vital to maintaining structure in multi families with tenants & if you do your best to serve others, most of the time they will return the favor.
