After spending many years buying and selling real estate and rental properties, I became a Realtor in Georgia and South Carolina. This enables me to help all of my clients, including buyers, sellers, renters and property owners. I have an extensive contacts in both states to help my clients maintain their rental properties. I also love working with first time home buyers as they navigate the loan process. And according to my husband, I can always spot a bargain for your future investment property. I grew up in Atlanta but now call the mountains of NE Georgia and the Carolina Upstate home. When I'm not showing properties, I am playing pickleball, working in the yard and volunteering in my new home town of Toccoa. We love to camp and explore the area. We have owned boats on most the lakes in North Georgia including Barton, Lanier and Allatoona. Now we are exploring Hartwell and Rabun.
