My husband, Scott, and I were landlords for over nine years while holding careers at BNSF and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Currently we are retired from those careers and are managing limited rental homes as well as two Class A Motorhomes for rent on weekly and monthly basis. We are looking to guide young families through the home rental process for a comfortable and stress-free lifestyle. Showing properties, doing minor repairs or major renovations, reviewing credit applications, background and credit evaluations, leasing agreements, and introduction to the home and managing rental payments are just a few activities I am willing to do for family business. Scott and I are currently acting as liaison for Shawn and Jennifer Johnson while their careers take them overseas. I am excited to see their investment property group expand and create a solid legacy for their family.
