Owner/ Principal Broker Full service firm: Residential (Buyers and Sellers), Commercial, Property Management. My firm is very diversified in it's approach to real estate. For many years I farmed out the Property Management because of no training. After getting the training and speaking with my mentors I launched Property Management for The Venture Group. I had a new out of town client and they were interested in purchasing property in Middle Tennessee for rental purposes. I explained my lack of experience but knowledge of the process and that began my launch into PM. I have now helped them purchase three properties and currently am managing 2 of them. They are now living here in Nashville in the third property and will rent it in a year after remodeling it. I work with other agents to manage their clients rentals if it is not possible in their firm. I have a simple approach with owners with not long term contract with them and low fees for management.
