I’m Christopher Graham, a full-time REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. For more than 13 years, I’ve helped clients throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and the surrounding areas buy, sell, and rent homes. I’ve completed more than 300 transactions, and I bring that experience to every rental—whether I’m helping a landlord find a great tenant or helping someone find the right place to call home.

For landlords, I can help with pricing, preparing the property, professional photography, marketing, showings, applications, and tenant selection. Because I also have a background in photography, I know how important strong photos and a well-written listing are when it comes to attracting qualified renters. I can also connect owners with trusted cleaners, contractors, and property-management professionals when needed.

For renters, I try to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. I take the time to understand what you’re looking for, including your budget, preferred location, commute, pets, parking, and the other details that matter in everyday life. I’ll answer your questions honestly, explain the application process, and keep you informed along the way.

My style is professional but relaxed. I don’t believe in pressuring people or making real estate more complicated than it needs to be. I’m responsive, approachable, and always happy to help.
