The lightbulb for us was peaked when we realized that a real estate property's operation is one of the most important aspects that can make or break an owners experience. From the resident's side of things the modern element of technology is being added but it seems to be at the cost of service. We hope to integrate the old school service elements with the technology where it makes sense and to remove it when it hinders the homely vibe.
