FAQ's

How much will the lockbox cost?

$100 per digital lockbox as a deposit. You can keep it for your tenant move-out key collection and next vacancy, or ship it back to us for a full refund within a year of receiving the lockbox. Return shipping not included.

Can the lockbox be transferred to another rental?

Absolutely! After you have filled the vacancy at one rental property, you can transfer the lockbox to another rental. Just make sure to notify our team and switch out the keys.

How do you verify a tenant before the rental showings?

We take security very seriously. Tenants must provide a government issued ID and go through our verification process, which uses biometric information to confirm their identity.

When do you collect the fee for this add-on service?

50% of the fee is collected upfront when you request this add-on service. The balance is collected after the initial inspection is complete and the work scope is approved by the owner.
