Show your properties remotely

A digital lockbox is installed onsite and vetted tenants can book a self-guided tour during allocated time slots. To ensure safety, access is only given with proper identification and verification. The lockbox code is unique for every showing.

Ensure security during vacancy

Tenants are verified through a valid government issued ID and using biometric information to verify that the ID belongs to them and the ID is authentic. They only receive their single use lockbox code after this verification process is complete.

FAQ's

How much will the lockbox cost? 

$100 per digital lockbox as a deposit. You can keep it for your tenant move-out key collection and next vacancy, or ship it back to us for a full refund within a year of receiving the lockbox. Return shipping not included.

Who installs the lockbox?

As the owner of the property, you are responsible for installing the lockbox. We will send the lockbox to a location of your choice. You can opt to install the lockbox yourself or use a handyman to assist.

Can the lockbox be transferred to another rental?

Absolutely! After you have filled the vacancy at one rental property, you can transfer the lockbox to another rental. Just make sure to notify our team and switch out the keys.

How do you verify a tenant before the rental showings?

We take security very seriously. Tenants must provide a government issued ID and go through our verification process, which uses biometric information to confirm their identity. 

How long do the batteries last on the digital lockboxes?

The current model has a five year lithium ion battery and the upcoming model will have a ten year lithium ion battery.

When do you collect the fee for this add-on service?

This fee to support you in qualifying all tenant inquiries and coordinating the rental showings is collected upfront when you request this add-on service.
