Randall is a retired Marine Chief Warrant Officer 3 who retired from Camp Pendleton in 2005 and immediately started his real estate career. His wife and business partner Grace also entered the real estate business at the same time, between them they have over 30 years of real estate experience. They began their property management business when they were approached by some of their active duty military clients who had received orders out of the area but want to keep their home. They have since managed properties for investors, corporate relocation clients and non-resident owners, who have special tax withholding requirements. As and active real estate investor with project management experience Randall and Grace understand how to work with contractors and vendors to negotiate pricing and screen for proper licensing and insurance coverage prior to hiring. They pride themselves in ensuring the properties they manage are maintained to the highest standard and are professionally presented when marketing for new tenants. Our ultimate goal is to provide the best return on investment for our clients, you the landlord, by getting the highest rent the market will bear while keeping operating expenses as low as possible.
