With over a decade of experience across real estate, mortgage, and insurance, I bring a unique, full-picture perspective to property management. Waypoint was born out of a desire to do things differently. Property management is often seen as transactional, but I believe it’s about relationships, communication, and trust. Beyond real estate, I’m a Florida native who enjoys golf, college football (go Gators!), and traveling with my wife and kids to off-the-beaten-path destinations. I believe in doing good business and being a good human—and that mindset drives everything we do at Waypoint.
