I’ve been in property management in the Dayton and surrounding area for over 15 years, and I truly love what I do. I just got my license and look forward to expanding my company. Property management, to me, is more than just collecting rent or coordinating maintenance — it’s about helping people find homes they love while protecting the investments of the owners I represent. I take pride in being hands-on and responsive, whether it’s handling repairs quickly, keeping communication clear, or making sure each property stays in great condition.

Having worked with a wide range of owners and tenants, I’ve learned that every situation is unique. My goal is always to treat each property as if it were my own and to build relationships based on trust, honesty, and reliability.
