Ethan is a Middle Tennessee native with over eight years of experience in property management and five years in real estate sales. After earning his degree from The King’s College in New York City, he became a licensed real estate agent in New York before returning home to Tennessee to pursue his long-term vision in real estate full time. Ethan brings a well-rounded skill set to his work, with a strong foundation in sales, leasing, and asset management, as well as a growing focus on development. Known for his integrity, work ethic, and client-focused approach, he is committed to delivering results while building lasting relationships. Outside of real estate, Ethan enjoys backpacking, playing chess, restoring vintage cars, and spending time with friends and family.
