Emily Meersand RussumLeasing Specialist and Property Manager

Emily Meersand is a real estate professional, investor, and entrepreneur based on O‘ahu, Hawai‘i. As a REALTOR® Salesperson with Hawai‘i Life, she focuses on single-family homes, vacation properties, investment opportunities, and property management. She brings an investor’s perspective to helping clients find a home, build rental income, and make informed decisions that support their long-term goals.

Alongside her husband, Jordan, Emily co-founded a syndicated real estate investment fund focused on helping everyday investors generate passive income through long-distance single-family investments. Her experience owning and operating rental properties complements a career in technology, where she has led sales, growth, training, and support initiatives at high-growth startups, including serving as Head of Real Estate Growth.

Emily graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in Finance and Accounting. Outside of work, she is a mother, yoga teacher, and practitioner who leads group classes and organizes surf and yoga retreats around the world. She brings that same emphasis on a fulfilling life to her approach to real estate, helping clients connect their property decisions with the lives they want to build.
