Aloha! I have been doing property Management and real estate in Hawaii since 2004. it has been a fantastic journey since I started as I have been able to make lot of wonderful friends. I had the privilege to serve clients from all around the globe and help them buy sell and manage their valuable properties. I have a great team of professionals who help me manage repair and provide other logistics which are essential part of keeping the business moving in right direction. Over the years I have honor of representing the clients with multi million dollar purchases and help them navigate and negotiate on their behalf. It is essential for me that I communicate clearly with every client so nothing is left in answered especially when it comes to complex issues related to regulations and what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. It has been two decades of managing properties in Hawaii so I am well versed with the Hawaii market and its complex nature.
