I’m not just a property manager, I’m an active rental property owner myself. I own and operate my own rental properties and manage homes for multiple landlords across San Diego, which means I approach every decision with the same mindset I use for my own portfolio. My focus is always on minimizing vacancy, placing quality tenants, controlling operating expenses, and protecting the long-term value of the asset.

Having personal capital at risk gives me a practical, no-nonsense perspective on property management. I understand the real impact that prolonged vacancies, deferred maintenance, or poorly screened tenants can have on returns. Because of that, I emphasize proactive communication, preventative maintenance, and clear financial reporting, so owners always know how their property is performing.

I also understand that every landlord’s goals are different, whether that’s maximizing cash flow, preparing for a future sale, or holding long-term for appreciation. My role is to manage each property strategically, not just administratively, and to treat every home I oversee with the same level of care and accountability I expect for my own investments.
