Hi, I’m Charlie Lucroy, the Broker and Owner of Lucroy Residential. My journey in real estate began in 1998, when I joined my family’s real estate investment business. Those early years taught me the fundamentals of the industry—hard work, attention to detail, and the value of building strong relationships. In 2009, I took the next step and became a licensed real estate broker, officially launching a professional career that now spans over 25 years. In 2015, I relocated to Florida, where I focused on managing single-family residential properties, gaining extensive experience in property management and client service. Today, I call Mississippi home. I’ve been drawn in by the rich history, strong sense of community, and scenic beauty of the Magnolia State, and I’m proud to serve clients here with the same dedication I’ve brought to every market I’ve worked in. Outside the office, I’m a Navy veteran, a proud husband, and a father to three incredible sons. I’m passionate about the Dallas Cowboys, and I find joy in beach days and time spent on the golf course. My approach to real estate blends professionalism with a personal touch.
