My desire to help people and anticipate needs is what fuels me to do the best for my clients. As a Realtor I listen to what my client is saying, but dig deeper to get to the heart of the real desire for them. With years of experience working with people in one-on-one to conference settings, I've been able to navigate differing expectations to deliver great service. My goal is to make sure my client is equipt with all the necessary information to make the best decision for them and their needs. Helping clients by maximizing my knowledge of the area and history in real estate allows for better opportunity for a client looking to place a tenant in an location either the client or tenant may not be familiar with. Communication between my client and myself is paramount to success. I also liaison between possible tenant and landlord to ensure clear understanding of the process and create connection between the two parties. Once the tenant is secured, I will do check in calls periodically, but I am NOT the property manager. My goal is to help the landlord secure a tenant they feel comfortable with leasing to. I provide Realtor Association legal documents for leasing agreement and have a host of vendors to help with maintenance of property with tenant is in place. I look forward to successful transitions for landlord and tenant. I also work with landlords to find other rental properties for purchase.
