I went to Iowa State University then to University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated from UIC in 1994 with a 5 year BArch Degree in Building Sciences. I've worked as an Architect for 15 years. I worked on various types of architectural projects including Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Educational, Institutional, Restaurants, Porches and other projects. During the economic downturn projects slowed down, so I decided to pursue a career as Real Estate Investor. I went to various real estate investor seminars and I learned about how to whole sale homes using guerilla marketing, how to buy a home in a tax sale, how to buy 100+ unit apartment buildings and how to get grants to fund your investment properties, start your own business and use grant money towards your education. I also took a real estate appraisal class too. I decided to get my lease agent license and I started working for HP Realty, Inc. from 2009-2017 and now I'm working at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 9/20/2019, I was at Baird & Warner Downers Grove from 3/1/2017 to 9/16/2019.
