Delight and Nicole have been helping their clients become investment property owners since the beginning. Delight started DMS prop Mgmt almost 30 years ago, and Nicole has helped in different capacities since she was a teenager. While Delight and Nicole have reverted back to Real Estate as their main focus, with Delight's son buying out the majority of DMS to incorporate a separate property management company; the ladies still help select clients with management on a regular bases. Delight owns a 4plex in Long Beach, and Nicole bought her own in Garden Grove in 2018. Nicole and Delight both relish the variety of hats required to manage and sell property. Nicole's favorite task is helping clients invest in multifamily complexes by creating cashflow and ROI worksheets to compare potential properties. Delight is a miracle worker, and loves getting hands on getting a property that'd leave the best of us overwhelmed, ready to rent. Of course, neither would want to do these tasks everyday, and what makes them enjoyable is that they're only performed a handful of times a year.
