Having gotten into real estate serving Investor clients since 2007, I have helped navigate single family rentals and multi units from leasing to property management. Whether it was getting covered in cob webs in crawl spaces, attics, and basements or walking through new construction I always have found helping people build their portfolio's and wealth as an exciting part of my business model and continue to look forward to serving my clients and providing high quality tenant relationships to further those goals! Having helped clients work with tenants who are having troubles after job loss or medical complications that caused economic hardships and helped tenants get assistance if they are falling on hard times. I am diligent in the screening process and partner with each investor to navigate the credit reports, backgrounds checks, and provide consulting so they feel comfortable and confident when choosing the right tenant for their investment I help navigate particularly on the New Construction side with Orientation, Final Walkthrough, Register Warranty products and services, perform early occupancy warranty builder walks as well as final warranty repair walk throughs, quarterly physical check-ins with the tenants and treat them like an extension of the client relationship I am building with the investor!
