I’ve spent the past several years working hands-on with rental properties — everything from marketing and leasing to maintenance coordination, inspections, and owner relations. I’ve managed a mix of affordable and market-rate communities, handled turnovers, and guided out-of-state owners through every step of the process.

One of the things I love most about property management is turning an empty unit into a home for someone. Whether it’s walking through a freshly cleaned apartment, checking the water pressure, or handing over keys on move-in day, those little details make a big difference — and that’s what I focus on.

I also bring a creative side to my work — I enjoy designing marketing flyers, filming property tours, and sharing behind-the-scenes moments that show what it’s really like to care for a community.

On a personal note, I’m a mom of four and a total multitasker by nature. I’ve learned to balance compassion with structure, and I believe that combination makes me a stronger manager. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me cooking a new recipe, watering my plants, or planning the next home project with my family.

Managing rental properties isn’t just a job for me — it’s something I take pride in, because every key I hand over represents trust, stability, and someone’s fresh start.
