I manage over 100 rental properties and rooming houses in the greater Cleveland area. I'm an investor and entrepreneur always looking for opportunities to create more income streams I also provide, general contracting services, lawn care and board up/ cleanouts. Before getting into real estate I drove cabs for a living, delivered flowers, deliver for doordash. I sold cars for it. Short period of time, I also used to purchase pallets with returned items from Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Family Dollar, Amazon and other stores to resale. For a brief period of time I had a commercial cleaning service and the residential cleaning service. I managed airbnbs for a couple investors. Just recently I purchased my first (hopefully of many) property that I am turning into a rooming house. My dream is to have $1 million of residual income coming in yearly within the next 15 years. I always say dream big or don't dream at all!
