A family business, with myself (Neil) as the COO, my wife (Amanda) as the CEO, and my mother (CFO). Offering multi-family rental properties in and around the Mansfield, OH area. I have a wealth of knowledge in purchasing, supply chain and processes. My wife is the DIY Master, and Fixer of all things (that doesn't need a professional). My mother has spent 30 years in the banking industry and is a master Customer Service rep, and bookkeeper. We believe we are a friendly, caring family and we pride ourselves on solid investment properties in balanced locations throughout Mansfield, OH and its surrounding areas. We except HUD assistance and work closely with the Mansfield Housing Authority. Have been in operation for two years and looking to grow (at least) one property per year. Also able to manage small-scale properties for other owners if needed. Have a wide range of contacts to local (to Mansfield) contractors, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, roofers, window installers and general handymen for all your rental property needs.
