Raised in the Central Valley I have familiarized myself with the area and decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. I have been licensed for 5 years now, specializing in residential sales but have also done property management and Ag. 2020 I decided to open up my own brokerage, we are a small brokerage consisting of 4 agents. This allows us to communicate efficiently and make sure we are always available for our clients. With the new laws it is more important now than ever to hire a professional to manage rental properties especially if the owner cannot consistently check up on their properties .I enjoy managing rental properties including my own. Pairing up a home with the right tenant(s) brings me joy. Housing is a crucial part of being independent and a basic necessity, I am glad to take an important role in that experience for others.
