James Riel acts as Principal Broker and has over 15 years in residential real estate in Boston and Central Massachusetts. With a focus on multi-family acquisition and development, James facilitates more than just the transaction for his clients. With an eye for design and knowledge of local building requirements, James lends his clients peace of mind with sound advice and recommendations on the physical design-build of a project as well as developing the pro forma to assess the feasibility and return of the project. James has extensive industry knowledge in the local real estate market, construction, and design. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Northeastern University as well as an Associates in Architectural Engineering and Building Technology.
