I've been actively working with rental properties for over 13 years now.

It's been a really interesting journey. I got my start by owning and managing my own portfolio of properties. That was my trial by fire, where I learned all the operational aspects firsthand, from tenant screening and marketing to maintenance and lease agreements. Unfortunately, that hands-on experience also included having to navigate the eviction process. I had a tenant that I had to take to court to evict, which was a difficult situation for everyone involved. However, as challenging as it was, I am grateful for the education that experience brought me. It provided a deep, practical understanding of the legal framework, the precise steps required, and the critical importance of meticulous documentation.

Then, a little over a year ago, I made a shift and started offering property management services to other owners as well. It's been rewarding to take what I learned from my own investments—both the successes and those tough lessons—and use that comprehensive experience to help other people successfully and professionally manage their properties.
