Hi, I'm Cindy.

I have over 15 years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate. I have a real passion for taking care of my clients and putting their needs and requirements first.

I have a wonderful family, an amazing Husband and 3 beautiful children (who aren't children anymore!).

I love to spend time with friends and regularly organize family dinners, pool parties and gatherings (socially distanced, of course).

FUN FACT: In normal times, every Monday evening, I host a family dinner for between 8-15 of our friends and family. It is the highlight of my week.

Wexler Property Management provides property management services to owners of non-owner occupied, ‘mom & pop’ run, single-family homes, condominiums, apartments or buildings that provide housing to individuals or families.  

Our services include:

• Assisting in preparing units for rentals
• Negotiating leases
• Collecting rents
• Handling minor repairs
• Responding to emergencies
• Interfacing with and mediating conversations between tenants and owners
• and much more!

We specifically love to work directly with owners, providing targeted and individually catered advice and management.
