We require all applicants to have a minimum credit score of 600 & make an income of at least 2.5X the rent amount. Upon further screening of your application, there will be a mandatory background check. There is a $40 fee that is nonrefundable per applicant for the background & credit check.

SECTION 8 APPLICANTS:

We do accept applications from section 8 voucher holders. You must have a voucher-2 You must also run the Fresno housing affordability calculator online to see if your income requirements will support the desired rent payment. PETS:
