Available for furnished stays of 30 days or longer. Seasonal rates vary based on dates, length of stay and time of year. Longer stays may be considered at adjusted rates.

Utilities: Water, trash, high-speed internet, landscaping and regular pool service are included. Electricity is included subject to a reasonable monthly allowance. Tenant is responsible for natural gas.

Pool heating: Regular pool maintenance is included in the rent. Pool heating is optional and is not included in the rental rate. Because the pool heater uses natural gas, tenants choosing to heat the pool are responsible for the associated gas usage.

This is a privately owned vacation home offered for a limited number of extended stays each year. We are looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy and care for the home as their own.
