On a rolling basis, landlord will select finalists, who will be invited to a screening process, a $40 fee will be collected to cover cost of credit check and criminal background check, the reports being made available to applicant. Once that comes back, notification of selection will occur. Within 24 hours of notice of selection, security deposit and first month's rent will be requested, and lease will go out for e-signature.
