The interior of the 2 bedroom living spaces include ample closet storage in both bedrooms, 9’-10’ ceilings, laundry and a full kitchen for time well spent cooking for yourself and friends. In addition, the living space includes floor to ceiling glass and exterior private decks to create a 70 square foot extension of the living space.

The project is designed as three individual cubes with circulation that cuts through the center to create flow and sense of community. The exterior surfaces blend into their surroundings with natural golden brown red cedar textures contrasting with earthy stone plaster walls. The private 100’ drive approach of pavers and green ivy adorned walls offers a moment of solace and quiet as one enters the community.
