🛏 Layout at a Glance: 1st Floor: The first floor walls were taken down to create an open concept along with opening the staircase. The brick was exposed throughout the first floor along with wood panels to create warmth and elegance. The dining room table is a 9 foot handcrafted table from Columbus Ohio. One full bathroom with my favorite. The exposed brick creates a warm feeling, and the quietness is wonderful to have a relaxing, cozy stay. The lime-washed walls and earth tones create a warm, cozy space - an experience for all to enjoy.

2nd Floor: Two bedrooms, full bathroom, and convenient in-unit washer/dryer.

3rd Floor: A private, serene third bedroom and full bed in the oversized space which can become an office/play room etc.
