Private Casita is available and ready for move-in on June 1st! Main cross streets are South Priest Drive and Southern Avenue. Easy access to the main highways (US-60, I-10, and 143), close to ASU, metro stations, and Sky Harbor airport.

Rent is $1300 /month which INCLUDES all utilities, internet, electric, water, sewer and garbage, yard maintenance, and a parking spot in the driveway. There is a washer and dryer right behind the unit that is shared with another tenant on the other side of the property.

Property is in great shape and has been taken very good care of. It has it’s own entry way, and a yard with a pergola. There are no shared walls as this is an individual unit. Unit has a new refrigerator and AC unit.

The Casita has its own private entrance. It’s on the same property with a separate house which my wife and I are living in. You will have your own separate entrance and private yard and also a shed that you will have full access to for more storage. We will be right next door, so if you need anything at all you can just text us or come knock. Otherwise we will respect your privacy.

Driveway parking is available and the home is in a residential neighborhood on a quiet street. It’s well lit and safe to walk our dog at night. We are about 2 miles from ASU, and are close to Priest and Southern. Easy access to US-60 and I-10. Less than 10 minutes from the airport. Two blocks from the western canal path for biking, running, rollerblading, etc.

My wife and I are working professionals in our early 30's. We have a small dog who is very friendly. We are both clean, quiet and easy-going.

First months rent and security deposit of $1,000 will be due at the start of the lease. Security deposit is fully refundable upon move-out. We would prefer a one year lease, but understand everyone has a different situation so we can be flexible. $40 background check per applicant is non-refundable.
