Bathroom is shared with a male guest. The room rental is located in a townhome 15 minutes away from Washington, DC. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, mini refrigerator, chest dresser, study desk and chair, lamp, and mirror. The room is located on the third floor with a shared bathroom space.

This is a quiet community. The ideal guest would be a working professional, someone in transitioning, or a college student/intern. Plenty of visitors spaces in front or near the home. For public transportation the commute is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop or less then 5 minute drive to the metro train station.

Guest have a space for cooking and use of microwave. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils are not provided and cleanliness is a MUST this is a shared space. As a bonus, a monthly professional cleaning service is provided and will clean your room at no additional cost. Must provide clean queen size sheet set to be change monthly. High speed internet, water, gas and electric is all included with the rental cost.
