Now Historic Kenwood. People move there and then just stop leavin'. It's that kinda neighborhood. Bricked streets, big trees, craftsman bungalows everywhere, park, arts community, coffee shops you can walk to. You'll start lyin' to yourself about needin' a car.

Got a neighbor named Jim whose whole personality is the meats he smokes. That's his thing. You'll smell brisket on a Tuesday and just know.

The unit's got this retro vibe goin' on. Pink tile in the bathroom like your grandma's place but somehow it works. Heads up though, the photos are staged to show off that midcentury feel.
