706 East Stuart Street, Unit Green Room w/Bath

The Solarium is truly a one of a kind home! It is centered in mid town Fort Collins and has direct access to the Spring Creek bike trail. The architecture is that of a Spanish style villa and boasts a large indoor tropical garden in the center of the building! There is a large back deck as well as a backyard roughly 1 acre in size. One parking spot is guaranteed on sight but not assigned. There is one kitchen which is shared by approx. 7-10 other tenants on sight. The kitchen is organized in a way that everyone has ample space to store their food.

The Green room is a large single bedroom overlooking our beautiful back yard. The room has a full bathroom, closet and is carpeted. It is entered through the Atrium, up a flight of wooden steps. The bedroom door opens into the garden space making it one of the best rooms in the house!

Utilities are included with rent. We only ask that you clean up after yourself when in the communal areas. This includes doing your own dishes and putting them away, sweeping up messes and taking the communal trash out if its full.

The other tenants in the building are mid 30s with full time jobs. Some work out of the building and others don't.
