No prior eviction or criminal records. Requirements are flexible on a case by case basis although we are generally looking for tenants with a minimum credit score of 600 with income 2.5x the rent. Co-signers are welcomed. Additional move-in in fee may be required for tenant who do not meet the minimum requirements.
