NO LONGER AVAILABLE. This is a fully furnished private bedroom at a spacious home with a nice view near Temperance Street, Kent WA 98030. 30 day stay up to 90 days max, not long term. Big bedroom with a large closet, comfortable newer bed, and desk. This has been rented to traveling medical care staff and students on internships for the last 2 years. It does not have a private bathroom; however there is a shared bathroom just 10 feet down the hallway. Please expect to clean the bathroom with each use because it is shared with one other person (myself, and I am often not there). Shared kitchen is large and has fridge, oven, and plenty of storage you can use for your own food. You can use the washer and dryer but please note this is the honor system, and reimburse $6 per wash/dry because that is the cost of electricity. There is one parking spot off street, securely, on the property. Bicycle storage is secure in a large covered porch.
