There will be 3 renters on the 2nd floor. The bathroom will be shared. We will occupied the main floor. You will also have access to main floor living areas which include, the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room.

This home is brand new and is in Eagle Mountain. Our home is in a new housing development with mountain views and flat streets for walking pleasures. 12 minutes to Smith's Grocery store in Saratoga Springs. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES NO STORING OF ANYKIND, NO GUESTS
