After the application is complete the prospective tenant will then be set up for screening which includes a background check and credit check. The credit check will be a soft pull and will not affect the prospective tenants credit score. The prospective tenant will receive a copy of his or her reports. The fee for the screening is $40.00 - non-refundable. Once tenant screening is complete and the application fee is paid, we will proceed with moving forward with scheduling an information exchange.
