Room is approximately 10 x 10 ft. It has its own private bath that is located across the hall from the bedroom. Kitchen is shared. There is also a separate dining area, right now used more as storage that can be opened up to be used as shared space (can be setup like a living area). Room is currently furnished with a queen bed, clothes rack and a dresser. Can come unfurnished if desired.

WiFi is included. Utilities are not covered and will be split among other roommates in the home. Currently, 1 other tenant for a second room on the same floor is planning to move in on 5/1/2025.

Prefer 6-12month lease, but can consider shorter leases or month to month.

As I work and live in Los Angeles full time, viewings can be arranged on case by case basis and self tours can be available. A video tour can also be sent.

This home is my family home growing up. My other family members are currently living out of town but we do occasionally come back to to live on the 3rd floor and 1 other room on the second floor. In the future, the 3rd floor will also eventually be rented out.

Small/medium pets OK, but must be house broken.
