I have been executing rehabilitation projects in Chicago since 2012. I bring critical knowledge of the acute materials and cost needed to execute projects of any scale. Building relationships is my true passion and I have been immersed in all aspects of real estate including: single family sales, multi-family sales, off-market opportunities, leasing and expert Property Management for clients.

I love working with experienced and non experienced investors alike, to find the best deals and build their portfolio. As a property manager, I have insight into the right neighborhoods and the right buildings for the right people.

I have 10 plus years of real estate development experience. During my years as a commodities trader, I started to invest in the rehabilitation of Chicagoland properties. After doing investments for myself, I decided to jump on board with Zebra Cares with the intention of growing an industry-changing company.

As property manager we have two goals:

1. Have the highest NOI (net operating income) for own clients' investments
2. To be the most renter friendly property management company in the midwest
