I love people. I have lived in the Midwest, South, and West and I loved the unique culture in each area of the country. I attended a private art school in Tampa, Florida and received a Bachelor's Degree in English from BYU. I love learning! I have 7 kids--6 daughters and 1 son. I started this new adventure in real estate and property management because of the flexibility it offers my busy family and for the opportunity to learn more and serve people. I enjoy providing owners with a personal touch--managing their investment, maximizing their earning potential, and protecting their investment. I handle the process of listing the property, screening potential tenants, hosting showings, writing leases, and handling all maintenance issues. I learned to work hard from my dad, who worked as a contractor while running our farm in central Kansas. I bring a knowledge of the world of contracting and take the stress out of maintenance issues, which can be one of the most time-consuming aspects of rental ownership.
