I came into property management accidently by helping a friend do some maintenance and remodel work and I just got deeper and deeper into it from there until now I am involved in all phases of property development. My background is in new construction and still do some of it. I also do some flips as the opportunity presents itself. I enjoy developing mobile home parks for investors. I find and aquire underperforming and mismanaged parks and make improvements to drive the monthly revenue up for investors. This adds value to the park and to those living in it. I want to change the perception of the "Trailer Park" if I'm involved in it I want it to be a place people want to live in and never move out. You know you are there when there is a wanting list of people who want to move into your park. 'Also involved with an investor who buys abandoned homes for a good price, renovate it and then do rent to owns. Rent for two years and if they make payments on time for those 24 months then they could be worth taking a chance on as far as a Lease to buy contract.
